Bea is a 2025 graduate of the MA Visual Communication program, where she also helped curate the program's end-of-year Festival of Communications. Throughout her MA, Bea pivoted toward a research-led practice, interrogating complex systems and the role of design as a catalyst for ethical change. Her thesis utilised aluminium as a case study for "material amnesia," exploring how everyday abundance often masks a history of systemic violence and environmental harm. This research culminated in a multi-disciplinary body of work, including a recycled aluminium sculpture, an extended drawing practice, a publication, and a live performance.
